Vetoya Smith is the founder of Potomac Fine Properties, the first luxury brokerage located in Charles County, Maryland, and an independent boutique real estate firm committed to delivering bespoke white glove service.

With nearly two decades of prior experience in the healthcare industry spanning patient care, education, and compliance roles, Vetoya transitioned her skills to real estate in 2020. As a graduate of the Charles County School system in Maryland, it was important to her to bring her love of real estate to the place that has been a staple in her both personal and professional growth and development.  

Since obtaining her real estate license, Vetoya has achieved certifications in short sales, foreclosures, and luxury home sales. She currently serves on the professional enhancement committee for the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors and is a certified trainer for Virginia Real Estate Salesperson with Moseley.

Her unique background combined with advanced training allows Vetoya to provide comprehensive guidance and an elevated experience for her clients.
